Let's compare his inflation rate to the NDC Government, in 2017, the inflation rate felled from 17.46% to 12.37% , in 2018, the was a mass fall on inflation to 9.84%, in 2019, the general rise and fall of price goods still humbled itself to a percentage of 7.18%.

Currently in 2020, the inflation rate is 10.6%., which economist predicts that by 2021, inflation rate is going to see a reduction of 2%.

If you really analyze my piece of writing, u should be told who made Ghana a hell to live in. The standard of living of the electorate is nothing to write home about.

KWAME and KOFI joined a wholesale company together just after graduation. Both worked very hard.

After several years, the boss promoted KOFI to sales executive but KWAME remained a sales rep. One day KWAME could not take it anymore, tender resignation to the boss and complained the boss did not value hard working staff, but only promoted those who flattered him.

The boss knew that KWAME worked very hard for the years, but in order to help KWAME realize the difference between him and KOFI, the boss asked KWAME to do the following. Go and find out anyone selling water melon in the market? KWAME returned and said yes. The boss asked how much per kg? KWAME went back to the market to ask and returned to inform boss the GHC12 .00per kg.

Boss told KWAME, I will ask KOFI the same question? KOFI went, returned and said, boss, only one person selling water melon. GHC12.00 per kg, GHC10.00 for 10 kg, he has inventory of 340 melons. On the table 58 melons, every melon weighs about 15 kg, bought from the South two days ago, they are fresh and red, good quality.

KWAME was very impressed and realized the difference between himself and KOFI. He decided not to resign but to learn from KOFI.

Kwame did what most of us wouldn't do. At the workplace, at school, church, a chosen profession and even in our families ,we have different capabilities, how we see and handle things.we see life challenges too differently. We may have one qualification but different strengths and weaknesses. Instead of we humbling ourselves to learn from colleagues, we rather practice backbiting, pull him down, jealousy etc, which isn't healthy to ourselves and organizations we find ourselves.

It's better to work hard but adding smartness and advancing ourselves in chosen careers distinguishes us. We are in era where MUSCLE POWER PAINS BUT BRAIN POWER PAYS because brain power "SELLS"(intellectual property) more than muscle power. Humility should teach us to learn from colleagues and add to ours to become better persons and earn more money should we change jobs or increase our value at same job and earn better salaries

My dear friends, a more successful person is more observant, think more and understand in depth. For the same matter, a more successful person sees several years ahead, while you see only tomorrow. The difference between a year and a day is 365 times, how could you win?
